Yesterday's Answer, Today's Question

Yesterday's Answer:

The U.S. English term “sausages” is the translation for the British English term "bangers."

The common British dish, "bangers and mash."

Today's Question:
Which is the westernmost mainland European capital city?

I have to imagine the answer is
Scandanavian; I'd go with Oslo, Norway.
