Yesterday's Answer, Today's Question

Yesterday's Answer:

Grover Cleveland and Abraham Lincoln paid substitutes to fight in their places in the Civil War.

Today's Question:

Which continent is the most mined (with landmines)?

My guess would be Asia and it wouldn't surprise me if most were placed by the United States.
