Yesterday's Answer, Today's Question...

Yesterday's Answer:

Slightly less than 36 square miles (35.9999997373) is the next lower measure that is equivalent to 1 township.

Today's Question:

What is the name and order of the U.S. President who had the shortest presidency?

I cannot remember name or number, but read an early president (W.G. Harding?) walked to his
inaugural speech, caught pneumonia, and died shortly afterward. My answer isn't very complete but that's my guess.
